About CTFC

Colville Tribal Federal Corporation (CTFC) is a federally chartered Section 17 corporation established under the Indian Reorganization Act to conduct business on behalf of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. Founded to advance the economic self-determination of the Colville people, CTFC serves as the primary business arm of the Tribes, managing enterprises and economic development efforts across north-central Washington.

Our Mission

CTFC’s mission is to create sustainable economic opportunities for tribal members, generate revenue to support tribal government operations, and exercise responsible stewardship over tribal business assets. We are committed to operating with transparency, accountability, and a long-term perspective that honors our obligations to both present and future generations.

Tribal Affiliation

CTFC operates under the authority of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, a federally recognized tribal government representing twelve distinct bands with deep ties to the lands of north-central Washington. The Corporation’s governing board is appointed by and accountable to the Colville Business Council, the elected governing body of the Tribes.

Our Values

Economic development at CTFC is guided by our commitment to tribal sovereignty, community benefit, and sustainable business practices. We believe that thriving tribal enterprises strengthen not just the bottom line, but the cultural fabric and long-term resilience of the Colville people.
