A core part of CTFC’s mission is reinvesting in the communities it serves. The revenues generated through our enterprise operations flow back into tribal government programs, infrastructure, cultural preservation, and community initiatives that benefit tribal members across the Colville Reservation.
How We Give Back
CTFC works in partnership with the Colville Business Council to direct enterprise revenues toward programs that make a real difference in the lives of tribal members. Supported areas include education initiatives, elder services, youth programs, infrastructure development, and cultural preservation efforts.
Employment
Creating jobs for tribal members is central to what CTFC does. Our enterprises provide direct employment opportunities for Colville Tribal members and prioritize tribal hiring across all operations.
